  1. Delivery Methods

    At Dysfluent, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. All of our products are shipped via Royal Mail within the United Kingdom and through Parcelforce for international orders. This policy is effective from 12th September 2023.

  2. Delivery Times

    Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specific product you have ordered. We strive to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receiving payment. After dispatch, here are estimated delivery times:

    • United Kingdom: 1-2 working days
    • Europe: 3-5 working days
    • International: up to 14 working days


    These estimates are provided as a general guideline and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures and postal service delays.

  3. Delivery Costs

    Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can view the delivery cost for your specific order during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

  4. Items of Different Sizes

    To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your items, we may choose to split the shipment of orders comprising of items of different shapes and delivery requirements. Here are some important details regarding split shipments:

    • Reason for Split Shipments: Split shipments are primarily implemented to prevent damage to delicate or oversized items during transit. Magazines and posters, for example, have different handling requirements.

    • Delivery Timelines: If your order includes items that require a split shipment, you will receive the available items first. Subsequently, the remaining items will be delivered separately as soon as they become available or according to their specific handling requirements. We will make every effort to ensure that you receive your complete order in a timely manner.

    • Communication: You will receive email notifications and updates for each delivery in a split order. These notifications will include tracking information for each delivery (if tracked delivery option was selected), allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

    By placing an order with Dysfluent that includes items of varying sizes or volumes, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of split shipments as outlined in this policy. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety and quality of your products during delivery.

  5. Tracking

    Dysfluent offers two delivery options: tracked and untracked. Tracked delivery provides a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order in real-time. Untracked delivery does not include a tracking number.

  6. Untracked Delivery

    Please be aware that if you choose untracked delivery, the responsibility for any potential risks, including loss, damage, or theft of the items, lies solely with the buyer. Dysfluent will not be held liable for any issues that may arise during untracked delivery. We strongly recommend selecting tracked delivery for added security and peace of mind.

  7. Undelivered Items

    In the event that an item is undelivered due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the buyer or any other unforeseen circumstances, Dysfluent does not automatically warrant a refund or replacement. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the delivery information provided during the checkout process is accurate and up-to-date.

    If you believe your order is undelivered or lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a refund or reshipment at our discretion.

    For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply in your country of residence. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or delivery cost.

    For all preordered items, regardless of the product, please be aware that the anticipated delivery date is scheduled for November 2023. Preorder items are products that are not yet available for immediate dispatch but can be reserved in advance. The specific release date may vary depending on the product and its availability.

    Please note the following important details regarding preorder delivery:

    • Preorder items may be subject to delays beyond our control, including manufacturing or supply chain issues. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

    • Your payment for preorder items will be processed at the time of purchase, not upon shipment. This allows us to secure your reservation for the item.

    • You will receive email notifications and updates regarding the status of your preorder, including any changes to the estimated delivery date.
